Blackmagic Design released a software update for their Switchers (ATEM and TVS) – Version 2.8.

BitGravity (Disclosure: they provide our live streaming) have announced a significant extension to their streaming allowing you to easily stream to multiple device types including IOS, Windows 7 Devices, Android, Roku and more.

Sennheiser launched the brand new XS Wireless Series for entry-level users. The new range is designed to offer simple operation and optimum sound quality for entry-level users looking to go wireless. JVC have announced the DT-X71 Series of portable ProHD LCD Monitors – Ideal for field and studio applications, the new seven-inch AC/DC monitors offer 1024×600 resolution with a 160-degree viewing angle – and can display 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i, and 1080p video signals at a variety of frame rates.

Three models in the DT-X71 Series:
DT-X71C $595 model offers one HDMI and one composite video input
DT-X71H $1,095 adds two HD/SD-SDI inputs and an HD/SD-SDI loop through output.
DT-X71F $1,695 includes an additional HD/SD-SDI loop through output and one HDMI converted to SDI output.
